What the work is
About the Role
We’re hiring Quality Analysts on a contract basis to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data. You’ll play a key role in reviewing outputs, flagging issues, and helping us maintain a high bar for quality across projects.
What You’ll Do
Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them clearly
Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders
Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends
Help refine and improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria
Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review-focused role
Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss
Excellent written communication and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback
Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast-moving environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace
Nice to Have
Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Background in a domain relevant to our work (e.g., technical, editorial, or analytical)
