Red Pen Jobs lists contract and part-time AI training work by profession, and leads with the pay each posting states. It is run by one person, it earns money from referral fees, and this page says exactly how so that you can weigh what you read here.

Hamza reads the postings, writes the summaries and runs the morning check. There is no editorial team behind this, and pretending otherwise would be the first thing worth not trusting.
How this site earns money
Referral fees from the platforms it lists, and nothing else. There are no ads, no sponsored placements, no paid listings and no fee of any kind to you.
Every apply button here sends you to the platform through a referral link. If you sign up through that link, are hired and complete the platform's qualifying work (on micro1 that is 10 hours, or the equivalent in tasks on a pay-per-task project), the platform pays this site a flat fee for that role. Nothing is paid for a click, an application or an interview, and the fee is paid by the platform out of its own recruiting budget.
Three consequences:
- It never changes what you are paid. Your rate is whatever the platform agrees with you. A referral fee is not a cut of it, and using our link costs you nothing.
- It does not decide what gets listed. Every role we find goes on the site, whether or not it earns us anything. A role with no referral fee is listed exactly like one that pays.
- Credit needs the link. If you go to the platform directly, this site earns nothing. That is fine. The pay table and the profession pages are useful whether or not you apply through us.
Pages meant to be shared carry no referral links at all: the pay table and the profession pages are link-free by design, so passing one on never sends a fee our way. The full referral terms for micro1, including the parts that are not in our favour, are set out on the micro1 page.
This site is independent of every platform it lists. It is not an agent, recruiter, representative or partner of micro1 or anyone else, and it does not speak for them.
What this site does
- Lists contract and part-time AI training work by profession, with the pay each posting states. Not full-time salaried jobs, and not the platforms' own staff roles.
- Shows the number from the posting. If a posting lists $90–170 an hour, that is what appears. If it lists no pay, the page says the pay is not listed.
- Checks every morning. The listings are re-read daily and the site rebuilt; a role that has gone from the source is marked closed rather than quietly deleted. The current data was checked .
- Writes its own summaries. Each role page carries a short original summary. Source job descriptions are never republished.
- Covers 26 professions and 493 open listings on 3 platforms today.
What it does not do
- It never estimates pay. No averages presented as rates, no "up to" figures we made up, no currency conversion. Pay is US dollars exactly as the source lists it.
- It does not publish testimonials or placement counts. We have none we could verify, so there are none on the site.
- It does not take your details. No accounts, no logins, no email sign-up. The application happens on the platform, not here. See the privacy page.
- It does not vouch for a platform. We describe what a platform publishes and what we have checked; the decision to apply is yours.
How we handle figures
Two labels do most of the work on this site.
- Sample. A placeholder row, there to show the shape of a listing before the morning check has filled it in. A sample never counts towards any total the site states, carries no apply button, and says on its own page that it is a placeholder.
- Listing and opening. Not the same thing: one listing can be hiring many people. Every figure says which of the two it is counting.
When we do not know something a reader would reasonably want (a payment schedule, how long an approval takes), the page says we do not know.
